If they ever mention Topamax, don't take it. They say it can be a "mood stabilizer" and is good for migraines, but if you have trouble eating it can literally kill you and nearly did to me.

As a side topic to avoid looking drug seeking, unless you've tried a prescription drug in the past, do NOT go in and ask for a specific medication unless it's like epinephrine or antibiotics and YOU KNOW IT'S A BACTERIAL AND NOT VIRAL infection. Just explain symptoms, what your current meds are doing to your knowledge (including side effects), and have a good idea ahead of time of what you need the most help with and side effects you won't put up with. Let them (think they) make the decision.
