I did 470 reps with my ab roller. My calories were a bit high but my daily goal is pretty low, so I think I'm ok. I'm still way under maintence and I burned some decent calories.
I just ordered an excercise ball. My physical therapist taught me how to uss one and thr ab roller doesn't work out my legs. The small waa the same price as the large and the medium was more...
