I did not mean to negate your choices. Plain Greek Yogurt is one of the best foods, protein shakes, brussels spouts, lean meat, peas, flax seeds, most other things - your shopping list was amazing and yes, close to perfection

. I just mentioned that the hype surrounding "green smoothies" is not rooted in science and that the foods you actually bought are much better than greens powder.
It is probably the kind of powder Andrew Huberman has been peddling on his podcast, but his claims (not just greens powder but most supplements he peddles) have all been debunked. Which did not make his podcast any less popular.
