The Sollmate socks have arrived and I put a pair on, inside my favorite autumn boots which I wear during NoCal winters.

The socks look even better in reality than on the website and the feel, oh my! Marvelous. They fit just right and are exactly and inch above the top of the boots, well below the widest part of my calf. So, perfect perfect perfect

My only concern is that they might shrink in the wash and then become too small. So I will wear one pair, wash them by hand, wear again, repeat, before deciding whether to keep this purchase (I bought many pairs to qualify for free shipping and to have enough to do laundry infrequently).
