I have not tried Spravato, but I have some experience with Ketamine infusions. Are you dosing at home?

With the infusions, it started twice a week for three weeks. Tuesday and Thursday. The Thursday to Tuesday stretch was rough. Having symptoms flood back feels worse than having them constantly. I started at 0.5 mg/kg of body weight.

9 sessions in, I am at 1 mg/kg and going every 7 days. The last two days are rough.

Session 7 went bad for me. I took too large of a step up in dosage and went scarily deep into a dark hole. This is the advantage of infusions, they immediately turned it down after I somehow pushed the panic button. I guess I was shaking badly, so they pushed Klonopin through the IV. Once I was stable, they let me finish the session with a dose of 0.4 mg so I could at least get half of what I was supposed to.

By that evening, the depression and anxiety was horrible. It was it like it reset my progress back to zero. Since then, it has been back to good improvements every session.

I think the key is consistent sessions which is a serious problem with delays.

I am considering asking the clinic doctor for a ketamine prescription that I can get filled at a compounding pharmacy so I can have something in an emergency. Although, I am not excited about doing it at home.
