It is also best to weigh yourself the same time of day, first thing in the morning is best, at least that's what I do. You eat & drink stuff throughout the day, and your body needs time to digest it all. Dehydration can also be a factor.

It was drizzly today, so I stayed in and did pilates, pity because the morning temp was up to 50F, and it would have been decent to go walking. Oh, well, maybe tomorrow.
