Today is day three that I am home and getting used to living on my own again. It all feels so lonely because I was in a hospital environment for a while and around so many people. Had to leave church early because I forgot to take my meds in the morning. The whole new meds thing is so daunting, I should have never asked to be taken off the Lithium over the summer. I had no idea how detrimental it turned out to be. Lesson learned.
