My appointment with the nutrionist went well. She was a bit neroutic. I don't think I was making her uncomfortable. Idk. She gave me a lot of info on what to eat and what not to eat. Shes also going to help me with my weight. It was a lot of info but she typed it all out and I took it home then spent $100 on a grocery order. But hopefully I see progress in several areas.

Therapy was fine. We just talked about my appointment and the jobs I applied to that I still haven't heard back from.
