My dietician told me I need to eat 2000 calories a day or I won't see progress. I was trying to stick to 1200. 1500 maximum. She was like "wow." When I told her. She gave me a lot of suggestions on how to handle my GI stuff my weight. She gave me a list of foods to eat and some meal ideas. When I got home I ordered a bunch of foo foo food.
Some skinny guy gave me a kinda dirty look and smile when he saw my weight. Idk who he even was. He was carrying an ipad and just hanging around the office.
