The things I have planned out to eat today are
2 graham crackers with a cup of creamy Jif To Go peanut butter
A serving of animal crackers
Tuna on Wheat Thin crackers
A Daisy cottage cheese with peaches cup
A peeled apple
A serving of cornflakes with a cup of almond milk
An Atkins shake
Another cup of almond milk
That will put me at only 1,285 calories, 184 carbs, and 63 grams of protein. My fat is 45 grams and my fiber is 13 grams. Idk if thats ok or not for my GI stuff.
