That will put me at only 1,285 calories, 184 carbs, and 63 grams of protein. My fat is 45 grams and my fiber is 13 grams. Idk if thats ok or not for my GI stuff.
The more fruits & veggies you can work in, the better, what you can eat with your guidelines. But aren't you supposed to eat more calories according to the dietician? By undereating what your body at your current weight/height/age needs to loose weight, you slow down your metabolism. It's part of why people with EDs like anorexia put on weight very fast when they start gaining again because their metabolism has slowed so much. Same sort of principal here, just less extreme.

And it goes without saying that exercise is a good way to help speed your metabolism & lose weight. I know you do pushups but can you walk? I know it's cold outside, but if you have a treadmill, maybe?

As for me, it was raining again this morning! Pity because it would have been warm enough to go walking. So I did a pilates video, a different one than I've tried before in the beginner's series, and I am going to be so sore tomorrow! This one had you holding the plank position forever, then lifting ond knee up staying in the plank, then switch knees, etc. And it kept you in the bridge position without a break for a good while; bridge isn't as hard as plank, but staying there awhile, yeah, it starts working your muscles pretty good.

I was bummed about the rain because really cold air is coming over the weekend, and I will definitely be exercising indoors then. It's times like this I miss belonging to a gym.
