This low fiber, low fat, no fried, no fast food sounds hard but theres a lot of stuff I can eat. I just ate a bowl of corn flakes in almond milk for dinner and it was fine. I did sneak a couple zero sugar Zevia sodas though.
But yeah. I need to eat 6-8 small meals a day. Although I think that would technically be called snacks. At least 2-7 of them.
My brother is on a gluten free diet because of celiacs disease. And now I'm on this diet because of my gastro whatever its called. Its just not worth puking 4 times a day so I can eat whatever.
