I was really nauseated until I went back to my room. Then I did 130 reps with my ab roller and for some reason stretching out my stomach like that really helps.
I want Chipotles. I wonder if I get chicken, white rice instead of brown, no beans, and light cheese if it will be ok.
I ended up doing 330 reps with my ab roller, 41 crunches with my bosu ball, and some leg lifts and oblique crunches too.
