I couldn’t stop myself- I bought a charity place for the half marathon. It’s my son’s first one and I wanted to be there (at the start and finish anyway).

Freezing fog today and most of my run was okay, but one stretch was slippery so I walked a section of my run. I think it was 7k or so but I was out there ages so very slow pace. It felt good though.
