I'm very confused about what my body is up to when it comes to my psych meds. I've been taking the med my pdoc gave me to help stop muscle twitching since Saturday night (it's a twice a day pill). But today muscles all over my body-mainly upper body and face-have been twitching all day. So, I don't know if these twitches are related to my psych meds or if my muscles just felt the need to twitch a lot today. I have also been really itchy since yesterday. This could be dry skin from the cold, but I am going to skip a few doses of the med for muscle twitching to see if the med is the cause of the itching.

Yesterday, my coworker (who does not know about my diagnosis) made a joke about a student's handwriting being bipolar because the student's handwriting looked very different as their work progressed. It caught me off guard, and I think my coworker noticed, because she tried bo back track saying she wasn't making fun of the disorder. I just refocused the conversation on what we were trying to figure out.

My students start building something for a lab tomorrow so that should be fun. They'll be disappointed when we have to return to taking notes next week.
