As for the dictator and his oligarch minions. I’ve stopped listening to the news and only reading NPR articles. It keeps me informed without triggering me. But I don’t read late at night. We have two years of his getting his way then the midterms and hopefully impeachment. It’s scary, but I say to myself, you can get though this. Two yrs! Two years!
