It's been awhile since I posted this, and I decided I would update. I have been using a SAD lamp daily for almost 2 months now I noticed my mood improving after a week using the lamp 30 min daily but I still had more "flats" than I'd like as well as anxiety. My pdoc suggested I increase my use to 1 hr a day. After doing that, wow! My mood has been pretty darn good, happy without being manic. I've had better concentration reading, and I've started to enjoy baking again. And I started drawing for the first time in over 20 years! Now I'm drawing daily and having fun with it. I really hope the lamp continues to help.
