@Blueberrybook 35-40 seconds for a plank sounds pretty good to me. I heard that planks should be about form not length - so a short hold with good form is better than a longer plank with poor form.

You have the same issue as me with the keys it can be quite panicking to not be able to get that key turned properly! I also don’t want to wake my husband. I normally blow on my hands until I get some feeling. Hoping your cold temperatures shift soon.

No exercise today - we had a storm and it was pretty rough, it’s still going on now but hoping it’ll be calm by morning so I can run:

My half marathon isn’t until September, there’ll be 60,000 in it so quite a lot of starting waves, my son will be nearer the front than me! I last did it 2 years ago and I was very far back then, in fact it took a good 20 mins of walking to get to my start place!
