Nothing has helped me relax since taking an AD two years ago. Melatonin, chamomile, GABA (helped for one week). And doctors could care less. Klonopin does help twice a day but I need something that lasts all day. Nothing has helped my mood disorder since 70s. Now I'm told I'm autistic and have to live with and I can't. Everything is too difficult.
