I contacted several people/resources this week and got no reply. I was told last week I am autistic and have to live with it and I can't.
I was told years ago and no one would listen to me.
I've been in mental health system 40 years and I can tell you help does not exist at all. I've just been abused like you wouldn't believe since 1990 and complained and been ignored.
