Therapy went okay. I guess because of the team shyt she knows a lot about me already. I've already shared "wisdom" that she said she's going to use with other clients. Basically the idea that if you're in crisis and think "I'm not going to use my coping skills because they won't make me feel better," think "my options are use healthy coping skills to at least pass the time, use unhealthy coping skills and regret it later, or sit and do nothing and let these emotions/thoughts get worse" instead and give yourself the freedom to decide.
