Thursday’s run was like Wednesday’s, a plod, hard work - again poor sleep earlier in the week along with emotional upset impacted on my energy.
Today’s felt better, it was milder too and no frost or ice, I did my longer run (7k) along sea front and enjoyed that, then back up the bank which felt hard at first and then eased. A nice little spurt of energy at the end let me finish with my pace raised.
It was good to be reminded running can still feel good.
