I found these Greek frozen yogurt bars that are pretty satisfying. And I found out Starbucks has an egg pesto mozzerella sandwhich. So yesterday I didn't have much of any trouble. My weight was good this morning. I haven't worked out yet. I've only had 160 calories.
I did 150 reps with my ab roller and then 60 forms of crunches and then I threw up. I guess I'll take it easy today with the working out.
I felt better so I finshed off the rest of my 500 reps.
