I've been in mental health system 40 years and I can tell you help does not exist at all. I've just been abused like you wouldn't believe since 1990 and complained and been ignored.

I believe you, but I don't believe in all therapies. I have a mixed feeling towards psychologists. Some are there to actually care and help and some don't care at all. I prefer my own self-therapy. The other thing is, you have to really be dedicated to therapy if you want it to work. Best wishes.
