I do feel better this morning. I slept a long time and I drank 2 cans of soda to help with this caffeine issue. I skipped my workout since I have been pushing myself too much lately. My stomach is thanking me and I haven't needed any OTC pain or nausea stuff. I had a couple frozen Greek yogurt bars for breakfast. So things are going well so far.
