I’ve definitely had moments where I felt totally overwhelmed and like my brain was going a mile a minute. Overthinking, having random tics like shaking things or moving around, and feeling confused about everything can really take a toll. What helped for me was just taking a step back, slowing down, and focusing on one thing at a time. I also found that grounding techniques, like just breathing deeply or doing something physical to reset, helped calm the mental noise. Sometimes it’s just about giving yourself a break and not being too hard on yourself. If it gets bad, talking to someone, even just a friend, can make a big difference too.
