There’s still a high risk of cross contamination in a kitchen used to prepare both types of food.
I was always glad ex was gone before I was diagnosed because he would have refused to eat gluten free and I would have been low level sick all the time because of that.
Celiac is genetic. Probably either Mom or Dad has the same gene, but just don’t get noticeably sick.
