I had a dental appointment this morning for a cleaning and it went pretty well. The cleaning was mostly painless and my gums bled noticeably less than they did in the past. I don't have any cavities and the dentist said my teeth are in good shape. So I'm to continue doing what I'm doing with the daily flossing and working on making brushing a daily thing.
