I think the hydroxyzine helps a little. I actually take it at night to help me sleep, but my pdoc has said I can take it prn for panic attacks. However, the Seroquel prn works much better for me than hydroxyzine so that's what I usually use. I am also on a much higher dosage of Seroquel (300 mg) at night for bipolar.
