Pilates this morning, more planks. Made it through another tough bridge and plank series. I haven't had to stop a beginner's video for being too hard for me in a long time, so that's a plus.

MD: Undereating slows your metabolism and then when you do start eating normally again, weight absolutely pours on. It was an absolute nightmare when I recovered from the worst bout of my ED. Took 6 months to 1 yr. for my metabolism to pick up and my body weight distribution to normalize. Best way to keep your metabolism up is eating regular meals and snacks the amount of calories you need whether you feel like you need to or not. Slowing your metabolism does you no favors, that's for sure!

Edit: Just found an awesome result from my plank practice...I can now actually do an honest-to-god real pushup again! Just one push-up, but hey! I probably haven't been able to do a pushup in over 10 years!!
