I've had 1,120 caIories. I was out all day so I burned something. I'm not hungry or thirsty for much again. Not even zero sugar soda or water. I did do a fast because I thought I was going to get blood work done today. I fasted from 11PM to 8AM. Well maybe thats not really a fast. Idk.
