I i ended up eating like 20 wheat crackers
9 Triscuits
A graham cracker and a sunbutter cup
13 dill pickle pretzels
A bowl of microwave rice
A serving of mini rice cakes
And 2 servings of bunny graham crackers
So I feel pretty crappy right now. It was like 264 carbs. I planned my meals for tommorow and its a lot better.
I wonder now if when I feel crappy its legit physical from food and not because of anxiety?
