I hope you’ve fully recovered from Norovirus - it’s just horrendous.

I’ve been in your situation myself, and quit my job before I actually wound up having a breakdown. It worked out for the best in the long run. Your situation sounds thoroughly miserable, and I hope you are able to find a new role quickly.
