Hi @Jackiegang if you see someone inviting chatting as Lucea seems to be you can tag them @Lucea with an @ sign before their name. They will get a mention notice and are more likely to respond when they are logged in online.

You can also leave visitor messages on people's profile page that experienced DID by clicking on their name to the left of their post and click on Profile page and type in message in Vistor Box and click on Post Message.
