Thats kind of cool. I am still working through things but things are getting better. I think I have been in therapy for 4yrs and the diagnosed for 3 1/2. She wanted to make sure first. I don't remember when she told me or how but I remember trying to prove her wrong for a long time. You can't prove them wrong if they aren't wrong!

I guess I don't really understand how it works and I will probably better understand it if I ever get to that point or if it is good for my system... You just never know I guess. Thanks

Once we worked through all the repressed memoryies and got to know all the alters and how my particular system worked,( which I never fully understood), and all the alters were willing to integrate. My counselor just talked me through the visualization. In my mind I just pictured the alters and myself slowly spinning in a circle until they were joined back into me. We did groups of two until we were all put back together. My system wasn't real complicated, I think it took 3-4 years all together.
