Crackers is mainly what you post on these boards that you eat. I didn't mean you only eat crackers, I should have said mostly. At any rate, you don't mostly eat balanced meals to obtain adequate nutrients, protein, vitamins, etc. At least not that you post. And you're always saying you're skipping meals or only eating a few bites of things. Not a healthy diet is what I'm saying.
