My thoughts on the last several confusing weeks!

Is it Thursday yet? That's when I see my primary doctor again. I am thinking I could have sibo- small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. I have a short small intestine with no valve between it and my large intestine. I used to get illeitis an infection of the ilium . My intestines were inflamed a bit according to my labs. (before steroids at the hospital). I've had diarrhea. And this can lead to dehydration and electrolyte imbalance which is why at 3 ER visits this week I've needed IV lactated ringers, IV magnesium and potassium. Electrolyte imbalance and dehydration can lead to dizziness or feeling like you could faint. Dehydration can also dry out your vagina causing a disturbance in its micro biome causing a yeast infection. I guess it can lead to lack of appetite- an intestinal inflammation- and weight loss. But now that they gave me steroids in the hospital that might help that. I dunno. This may be why I'm dehydrated despite the multiple IVs of fluids and electrolytes. And dehydration can cause you to feel tired and faint. A swollen tongue can be from dehydration not an allergy necessarily. So maybe my allergist is right that I don't have food allergies despite my symptoms like swollen tongue and tightening throat even though they told me at the ER that a salmon allergic reaction is what caused my symptoms a few days ago. Could be all of the above. Well, I'm just babbling at you again! I'm going to try to go to church tomorrow but we'll see. Would like to see N3 even though he's got a big exam coming up next week in his math class that he needs to study for.
