HI,
I went thru a mini crisis the past week but have since been feeling better. I explained to my therapist, that our current once a month meeting just wasn't working and I needed to be seen again once a week. I think it's a good thing. I have been really depressed lately and he suspected I was going thru a relapse of depression. Since last week though, I have felt better and we no longer think its a full blown relapse, just a "rough patch". I guess I just need to communicate more to him, when I need to be seen. I don't want to feel like I am asking for too much I guess.
