I exercise a lot (probably too much) but I think in some sense I'm now addicted to the feeling I get afterwards. I may not always feel like starting exercise in the morning, but after I'm done, I feel quite good

Yes I should definitely make a start. My psychologist was talking to me about joining a gym. Problem is my partner leaves for work at 4:30am and comes back at 6:30am and I’m the one left looking after our 6 year old son. I wish my partner didn’t work such ridiculous hours. My problem with going for walks is that I live in the same suburb I teach in and the town is literally littered with school kids. I have some weights in the garage I think I’m going to dust off and bring inside. It can’t harm to start lifting weights I think. It’ll be a start.
