I wore mine to my physical medicine dr's office. A physical medicine dr is sort of similar to an orthopaedic specialist. He looked at how the backpack fit me from all sides and said "good stuff". Safe and ergonomic. So I lucked out buying the first product on Amazon I liked and then having it endorsed by a specialist.

I have taken a break from wearing it because of my leg injury last year, but I really should go back to wearing it. I used to wear it while cooking, chopping veggies, stuff. Fun.

One piece of advice: place it in a visible spot. This way it will remind you "wear me!"
