Starting a new thread as my original was approaching 1000 posts.
I find this daily check in really helpful to see how I'm doing and it lets me know when I need to get back on track.
Flossing is pretty automatic for me now unless I'm exhausted and brushing is becoming more of a regular thing too but I'm still struggling to make it a daily thing.
