I did pilates this morning, around a 30 min. video. I'd done it once before but had forgotten the difficulty level and thankfully that one was not too hard. I'm a little sore from my jogging stint yesterday, just my calves really and tired because I didn't sleep well last night. Still did planks a couple of times and pushups. It has not gotten easier to hold a 1 min plank yet but the pushups have gotten easier.

Crazy Hitch for a good pilates series, you can google "Move with Nicole" beginner pilates. She has good videos easy to follow though some of her beginner videos are much easier than others. Her video for "Absolute Beginners" is definitely the place to start. Completely free series, and you don't even need a mat if you have carpeting or a rug to lie on.
