As for me, last night was hard. I’m taking the full dose of ambien tonight. Been on a lower dose for three weeks but it’s not working. I had hoped I could lower it with the seroquel but no such luck. My neck is really hurting, I think the lack of deep sleep is exacerbating it. Or it might be time to look into more injections. I’m in no hurry though. I have my wellness appointment in May. That will be fine. But I’ve a weird thing that happens from time to time, my breathing sounds like a cats meow. I googled that and it’s a thing. It’s not constant so it can wait. But weird!
