I think I did too many push ups and too many days in a row. My right wrist hurts and its making a cracking noise and it hurts to move it. Not sure if I should go to immediate care or not. Even resting my hand on my lap and typing with my right thumb annoys it. But I should stop the push ups for a bit thats for sure.
This diet and vitamins and stuff are really tanking my appetite.
I took Tylenol and its helping. My mom said it looks fine and to keep moving it around. She doesn't get how I can do 500 reps with my ab roller.
I'm around 700 calories so far today. I have some chicken pot stickers I might eat for dinner. I ate some chicken dumplings last night which were really good.
