With the switch to Daylight Savings Time (DST) only eight days away (for some of us), I thought it would be nice to see how we're doing with our sleep.

I've been waking up at about 5am and I could zonk out at 8:30pm or even earlier. So I have trepidation about DST, even though my wife and I never bothered to switch our clocks to Standard Time. The concern I have is that I won't be able to stay awake in the evening.

Are you in a time zone that observes DST?

Are you doing anything to prepare for that change?

What updates would you like to share?

I've attached (maybe) my latest CPAP report.
