I weigh 220 and I should be about 170. I have like all these health issues I'm pretty sure are weight related like the prediabetes and high cholestrol and high blood pressure. Although my Psych NP isn't ruling out my Geodon. So I need to lose for sure. I did lose 5 pounds in the last 3 weeks from my new diet. I guess thats good. I was 225. But like I'm just lying down and I'm out of breath from doing nothing at all and my blood pressure is like 144/91 from Listening to music.
I need to majorly lose and get into shape.
