Hi all,
I've recently come to realise that there are a lot of books about coming to terms with the maternal relationship.
What if it's the other parent who wasn't there in the way that was needed?
Can anyone recommend any good books/resources about this?
I've resisted doing this work for a long time, and now I'm beginning to see the pattern.
Hooray for therapy and therapists who connect the dots quicker than I could process.
Thanks,
Lost
