@Crazy Hitch - Weighing yourself only once a week is a fantastic idea! Because you are right; there are always daily fluctuations up and down, and not to mention like before I start my period, I usually weigh nearly 5 lb. more from water retention!

This morning, it was drizzling. I tried a 0.5 mi walk around the block, and by the time I got back to my house, it was raining even harder, and I really don't like walking in the rain, so I came in and did pilates. I go through the Move with Nicole beginner playlist which is 10 videos then restart it. Today was the "Absolute Beginner" video which is probably my favorite because none of it is hard for me but I still feel it stretches me out and afterwards I still feel the effects of doing pilates on my body, which feels so nice. @Crazy Hitch - You really should try that video! I promise you it's very easy to follow along and while you may find some parts difficult in the beginning they get easier over time and in the realm of pilates are pretty simple.
