So I'll see what he says to do next.

This morning I weighed 219.4.

I took my morning blood pressure a few minutes ago and it was 157/96. Yeah I'll give my doctor a call in a bit.
Do you take your blood pressure the same way every day with the wrist band over your radial artery and hand across the body over the heart and staying still the whole time (that is if you have a wrist monitor?). And if you have a wrist monitor, it is generally considered less accurate than a cuff monitor and even then a digital cuff monitor is considered less accurate than the old standard manual blood pressure monitor!

One time I went to the PCP, just a standard checkup, the tech checked my BP with a wrist monitor and my BP was like 176 over something! The tech was like, "I HATE these wrist monitors! They're never accurate." She then took my BP with the old fashioned manual BP monitor: 120/80!
