I tend to low blood pressure, which overall is a blessing, but sometimes it is too low. When my internist suspected that I had episodes of low blood pressure, she told me to buy a cuff monitor. According to her, wrist monitors are way inaccurate. My episodes turned out to be vestibular migraine, so I no longer need to monitor the blood pressure and I am glad - one fewer thing to do. Proper monitoring of blood pressure daily takes time. You are supposed to sit quietly doing nothing for 5 minutes before doing your first measurement, then measure thrice, then take the median measurement. This is not a trivial task.
I had personal training today.
